Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your juicer and all included accessories in the original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Product
Send your return using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
